All first sessions are an assessment and trial and are complimentary.

Sessions take place in my home gym, Prospect Park, or I can travel to you

(an extra $10 fee will apply).

New Clients One on One Personal Training

  • $35 for 30 minutes

  • $50 for 45 minutes 

  • $65 for 60 minutes

New Client Groups

  • 2 People for 30 minutes $60

  • 2 People for 45 minutes $90 

  • 2 People for 60 minutes $120 

BONUS

If you refer a client who purchases training you will receive a free session as my “thank you” to you!

 

FOLLOW THROUGH

I don’t leave you when our training is done!  After every session, you will receive a Google document containing all the exercises that we covered in our training, including the number of reps and sets performed.  I am always available for my clients via email, text, and phone to help coach you through any exercises that you may need a refresher on or questions you may have. In addition to weekly training, I recommend  2 - 3 days of fun cardio and 2 - 3 days of the exercises that I customized for you during our sessions. With this mix and proper nutrition, you will see muscle tone development and an improvement in your overall fitness and energy.
